A seasoned investment professional with over 40 years of capital markets and M&A experience, Boyd has a proven track record of identifying, sourcing, executing, and overseeing complex transactions. His expertise spans a wide range of transactions, from small add-on acquisitions to nine-figure acquisitions and diverse project financing in real estate, energy, and agriculture.
Boyd’s leadership has spanned three continents, where he has guided numerous initiatives for companies and investors, including senior leadership assignments in the US, Europe, and Latin America. His skill set extends from identifying and delivering targeted investment opportunities to executing robust pre- and post-acquisition growth strategies and crafting strategic financial and corporate development plans.
His experience is wide-ranging, encompassing leadership roles in various sectors:
Syndication Partner in a real estate investment firm, Venture Partner of a private investment firm, Managing Director for a real estate capital markets firm and an investment banking firm, and Co-lead Partner in a public-to-private acquisition.
